Wastine “Bobbie” Fulton-Griffin was born on February 19, 1946 in Moultrie, Georgia to David Fulton, Sr. and Emmie Lee Fulton. She attended the local schools in Duval County graduating from Stanton High School. She retired from King Edward Cigars in Jacksonville, Florida after many years of service.

Wastine departed this life peacefully on Tuesday, December 25, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie B. Griffin; son, Craig Fulton; two sisters, Mary Lee and Jacquline; and a brother, David Jr.

Wastine leaves to cherish her memories: sisters, Myrtle Lee Fulton, Joann Fulton, Lutricia Fulton, Diane Ruth Fulton and Meltonie Fulton; brothers, Ray Fulton (Terri) and Warren Fulton (Marie); grandson, Robert; brother-in-law, Ben Griffin; aunts, Ruby and Liz; godson, Tony Stepps; devoted friend, May Francis and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The funeral service for Wastine Fulton-Griffin "Bobbie" will be held 11:00 am Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 at the Greater Macedonia Baptist Church 1880 Edgewood Ave W, Jacksonville, FL 32209. The visitation will be 2:00 - 7:00 pm, Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019 at the Funerals By T. S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
