Condolences

Condolence From: Padrick A. Pinkney
Condolence: To the family of Ms. Ashley, Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Ms. Ashley stands among the great. She set a shining example of how to be strong, proud, humble and loving. She always emphasized the importance of education and the need to know from whence we came. She acknowledged our accomplishments and encouraged perseverance in our failures. It has been approximately fifty years since she taught me in the second grade, yet I will always remember her as one of my favorite teachers and guiding lights. May God Bless you all during this difficult time and find solace in knowing that God is saying to her "Job well done my good and faithful servant>"

Condolence: I was very saddened to learn of the passing of Cousin Willie Mae. I always loved seeing her and talking with her at family reunions. She really lit up the room with her smile and her personality. She talked with everyone, always having a word of wisdom and knowledge that she would pass on. She was a joy and a delightful person not to mention accomplished, clever, witty and smart. I will miss her. My condolences to the family.
