Condolences

Condolence From: Brenda
Condolence: I am deeply saddened to hear of your mother and grand mother's death. My earnest prayer is that God grants the Colbert family the comfort they need so that they can lovingly comfort each other during this time of sadness. May you treasure the very generous gift of undeserved kindness demonstrated by the boundless love shown to us. "For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might , , . have everlasting life." (John 3:16) Everlasting life is the promised future for Ms. Bessie Colbert Brooks (Gordon)!

Look forward to the time when Almighty God, Jehovah, through his son,Jesus, brings Bessie back to us, when there will be no more sickness, pain or death, John 6:40, Rev. 21:3-5.

Condolence:
I am so sorry for your loss. My sincere condolences goes out to the family. During this time of sorrow I would like to share an encouraging thought from the Bible.

Revelation 21:4 states, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."

There is a real hope of being reunited with your loved ones. (John 5:28, 29). Jehovah hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) He has a longing to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He yearns to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. (Job 14:14,15). He made this promise at Psalms 37:29 and John 3:16.
