Obituary for Phil Maurice Green

Phil Maurice  Green
Phil Maurice Green was born October 9, 1966 to Cora R. Green and Joseph Green in Jacksonville, FL where he attended Southside Estate Elementary School and graduated from William M. Raines High School.
He accepted Christ and was baptized at Shiloh Metropolitan Church. He later became a member at The Potters House International Ministries.

Phil worked as a professional truck driver after completing driving school with CR England were he worked as a Driver and Driver Trainer. He was later employed with Carry Transportation and First Fleet. Phil was also owner operator with his son of Classic Mobile Detail.

Phil had an infectious attitude that drew many to him. His hobbies included fishing, playing cards, traveling and performing light mechanical functions to cars.

Phil leaves to cherish his wife Marilyn Green, their daughter: Morghan Green, Son: Jajuan Green, Stepson: Terrell Williams Grandchildren - Jajuan Greene Jr., Za'khari Greene and Jaylen Greene Sisters- Helen Cooper and Harriette Smith Sister-in-law-Stephanie Rasberry Brothers-in-law Ronald Cooper and Kenneth Rasberry Neices-Tezara Smith, Treyana Cooper and Kendra & Kenya Rasberry Nephew- Ronald Cooper Godsons, Adam Brown Jr, Micheal Rice Jr as brothers, Lavell Williams (Crystal), Ben Canadate (Serena) and Mike Rice (Selena); godmother, Helen Johnson; uncle and aunts, Andrew and Gussie Reddick (Leslie), GA, Mattie Green of Summerville, SC, Katie Shumake and Princella Cobb; mother-in-law, Linda Smith, and a host of cousins, friends and neighbors, whom to them was affectionately known as "Uncle Phil" to many and the loving family pet “Mocha”.
.The funeral service for Phil Maurice Green will be held 1:00pm, Saturday at the Samuel C. Rogers Jr. Memorial Chapel 4315 N. Main Street.
