Da'Juana Artre'  Lewis
Da’Juana Artre’ Lewis, affectionately known as “Dee Dee” was born on April 14. 1974 to Sandra Jennings and Wilbert R. Hill, Sr. in Jacksonville, Florida. Dee Dee, decided at an early age to devote her life to family and in 1994, at the age of 19, she married her devoted husband, John Lewis. Through there years together they were blessed with four wonderful children, John, Deandre, Joshua and Jonah.
 
On life's journey, she resided in Tampa, Florida, where she discovered her true passion for fishing, spending countless hours on the skyway. Her journey lead her to Dallas, Texas, where she enjoyed many happy years of growth and discovery. In 2005, after an onset of many health issues, Da’Juana and her family found there way back home to Jacksonville, where she lived out her days and making her mark on all those she encountered. God called her home to rest on December 27, 2014.
 
Da’Juana, was preceded in death by her father, Wilbert R. Hill, Sr.; nephew, Dalon Hill. She leaves to cherish her memories, a loving husband, John Lewis; her 4 wonderful children; mother, Sandra Jennings (Michael); siblings; loving and devoted sisters, Yolanda, Rhonda Ellington (john), Wilbert D. Hill, Wilbert R. Hill, Kareem Hill, Damon Brown; grandmother, Francis Harris, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
 
The chapel service for Da'Juana Artre' Lewis will be held 1:30pm, Saturday at the Samuel C. Rogers Jr. Memorial Chapel 4315 N. Main Street. The visitation will be one hour before the service.
