Victo was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Minnie Burton; aunt, Angela Mency; and uncle, Clyde Mency.

The funeral service for Victo Emmanuel Larosa III "Trei" will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, July 11th, 2015 at the Samuel C. Rogers Jr. Memorial Chapel 4315 N. Main Street JACKSONVILLE, FL 32206.
