Mrs. Pauline Carswell was born on November 3, 1928 to the late Mr. Allen Gaynor and Mariah Jones Gaynor in American Georgia. Mrs. Pauline received her education from the Georgia County School System. Mrs. Pauline was a long time resident of Jacksonville, Florida and a member of True Way Church of the Risen Christ, where Elwin Jenkins is the Pastor.

Mrs. Pauline passed away peacefully on July 29, 2015 while surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Gaynor; mother, Mariah Gaynor; brother, Willie E. Turpin; grandson, Michael Riddick; granddaughter, Victoria Brown; son-in-law, Pastor Buck Flowers.

Mrs. Pauline leaves to cherish her memories, her daughters, Frankie Yarbough, Deborah Reddick, Cynthia Watson, Patrisha Mobley, Annie Dickerson; son, Edward (Debra) Reddick; a loving and devoted sister, Abbie Flowers; eighteen grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; great-great-great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; dear friends, Alberta Brown, Nancy Evans, Beverly Johnson, Marion Nance, Lillie Primus, Altemese Rivers and Mary Washington.

The funeral service for Pauline Carswell will be held 11AM, Friday, at the Samuel C. Rogers Jr. Memorial Chapel 4315 N. Main Street. The visitation will be one hour before the service.
