Obituary for Johnny J Felton

Johnny J  Felton
Mr. Johnny James Felton was born on November 30, 1943 in Cordele, Georgia to Ruby Key Felton and Jessie Lee Felton. Johnny enlisted in the United States Air Force on January 25, 1961 where he served for many years becoming a Master Sargent. During his tenure he received the medal of good conduct, professional military education ribbon, longevity service award, national defense service medal, Vietnam service medal with two service stars, outstanding unit award and many more accolades, retiring with an honorable discharge. Johnny departed this life on Friday, October 2, 2015.

Johnny leaves to cherish his memories his wife of over 50 years, Virginia Felton; one son, Robert Pollard; sister, Doris Mincey of Jacksonville, Florida; brother, Jessie Felton (Gwen); uncles, John Key (Hattie), and Lorenzo Key of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; favorite nieces, Torri Pollard, Cynthia Hall (Derry), Latosha Pollard, Carrey Pollard, Melissa Pollard, Ebony Pollard, Brenda Lynbrick of New Jersey, Crystal Boraham (James) of New Jersey, Jessica Hannah, Tomeka Turner, Stephanie Tillman (Arthur) of Buffalo, New York, Danesha Dantzler; nephews, Oscar Key (Jerri), Keith Pollard, Sean Felton; grandchildren, Maurielle Pollard, and Maurice Pollard, Jr.; and a host of other relatives, cousins, and many friends.

The funeral service for Johnny J Felton will be held 11:00 am TUESDAY at the First Corinth Baptist Church 6119 Bagley Rd Jackosnville, FL 32208. The visitation will be 5 - 7:00 pm , Monday, at the mortuary. Interment in Jacksonville National Cemetery. Please sign the family guest book and view the video tribute @ www.tswarden.com.
