Mr. Edward Nathaniel Fulton, Jr., affectionately known as Buster passed away peacefully, on July 18, 2016.
Edward was born March 14, 1929, in Jacksonville, FL to Edward Fulton, Sr. and Gladys Hill.
Edward was educated in the Duval County public school system. He worked for Laney & Duke and Union Terminal for many years.
A lover of life and family, Edward was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Carnell (Rip) Toliver; grandsons, Willie James Clark and Larry Gibson; and granddaughter, Litoria Gibson.
Edward leaves to cherish his life’s memories: wife and friend, Pamela Rogers; daughters, Johnnie May Griffin, Florence (Ernest) Brister, Linda Fulton, Cherie Fulton, Patricia Gibson, Ebony Fulton, and Sandra Simpson; sons, Samuel Simpson, Antonio Rogers, and Kalvin McKinnon; 17 grandchildren including a devoted granddaughter, Lt. Venice Fulton; 41 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces, Antoinette and Jakeal Rogers and a host of other caring friends and family members including Patricia Benton.
The funeral service for Edward Nathaniel "Buster" Fulton will be held 12:00 pm Saturday, July 30th, 2016 at the Samuel C. Rogers Jr. Memorial Chapel 4315 n Main St. The visitation will be 5- 7pm, Friday, July 29th, 2016 at The Morturay. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
