Etta Rose and I spent elementary and high school together (S.P. Livingston, Eugene Butler and c/o 79 William M Raines. We also grew up in the same neighborhood; College Circle (College Gardens). She was a very nice person. She was sweet, smart and talented. My sister was taught by her mom Irma J. Sanders at Stanton. It was clear that her mother embodied and passed on those same traits. In this time of mourning, my sister and I send our love, thoughts and prayers to Mrs. Sanders and all of the family and friends of Etta Rose Marie Sanders. Renee Surcey and Katherine Surcey
