Clara Margaret  Jacobs-Brown
Margaret was born on September 7, 1940, in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Freeman Jacobs and Beatrice Clark. She graduated from Langston High School in Hot Springs, Arkansas and held a teaching credential. She was a dedicated teacher at Riverside Elementary School. Margaret was the loving mother of Myron, Elaine and Brittany. Her friends, loving neighbors and cherished co-workers are numerous.

Margaret loved old music, such as classic R & B, old TV shows, walks along the St. Johns River, but mostly enjoyed being with her family and friends. She touched the lives of many with her counsel, loving knowledge and generosity to others.

Margaret passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018 at her home in Jacksonville, Florida with a smile on her face. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sand Reed.
Margaret leaves to cherish loving memories: children, Myron Jacobs, Elaine Jacobs and Brittany Brown (David); proud sister of Albert Reed; three grandchildren, Kyleah Jacobs Stokes (Destiny), Nathaniel Jacobs and Michael Erwin III; nephew, Ashley Reed (Trina), grand niece, Jordyn Beatrice Reed and grand nephew, Stephen Reed; a host of other relatives and friends.
