This is in loving memory of our dear son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend Alan Leroy Brooks, Sr. the oldest child of Ella Mae Brooks (mother) and John Whitfield (father). Leroy was born and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida where he attended Nathan B. Forrest High School, he was baptized at an early age.
He leaves to cherish his memories his two children Alan L. Brooks, Jr. and Kelecia Kawana Brooks, a devoted sister Veronica Brooks, and a younger brother Darrell Jones; two devoted nieces Brandi and Shantay, a beloved nephew Ronnie Murphy(in heaven) a great niece Aja Leroy, a great nephew Damonte Ford; a very special cousin/brother Clifford Hunter, special cousins Sharon and Charity as well as a host of other loving and devoted cousins, uncles, aunts and friends.
