Condolence: I was a co-worker of Al's in Albany,NY. He was a warm and decent man whose good humor and kindness left a mark on all of us who knew and worked with him here in Upstate New York. By a chance series of events Al spent Thanksgiving dinner at our home in Schenectady and warmed the whole room all evening. Please accept my wife and my sincerest condolences.

Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. I am one of Al's co-workers from the Connections project. Al was always so friendly, smart and witty. He was a joy to work with and be around. He will be sorely missed.

Condolence: My prayers go out to the family. Thank you for the opportunity I had as a classmate of 1979 to have embraced a memory with Alfred that will always be remembered. A class President who was so kind and called me his little sister in christian love. May God be with you always!

Condolence: We were so sad to hear about Al's passing. We can't wait to see him again in Heaven. Al was a wonderful co-worker and his energy in our office will be truly missed.

Condolence: My heartfelt condolence to all of Al's family. As his immediate Supervisor the past 2 years at the NYS OCFS office in Syracuse, I have many wonderful memories of his warmth, humor and inquisitive nature as he learned about life in Central NY. We even joked about the "Floyd effect" that produced the warmest winter here in years. He is already missed greatly. How lucky we were to have known him even a short time.

Condolence: I have many fond memories of Alfred from the time he was in the Upward Bound program. He was a born leader, a mover and a shaker, and a good friend to many. Alfred made this world a better place. He will be missed!
