My Uncle Barney

I will always remember my Uncle Barney as the "Bow Legged One"!!  I remember one Saturday morning at my grandmother Ella Bell's house when my Uncles JuneBug and Ron were involved her in a heated discussion.  I don't recall the debate because I knew my opinion didn't count anyway so I just ate my eggs and shut my mouth.  When all of a sudden, my Uncle Barney interrupted them all, said his piece, and left the room.  My grandma and Uncles could only say "Barney is right, he's right about that"!  He always had great words of wisdom, tried to help calm a situation, provide some joy, and helped when he could.  My generation o Counsins, Brother Tony Cobb and I will miss the last living Ella Bell Man.  God Rest Barney's soul and I Love Uncle Barney.  Hug my daddy Skip for me.
