Betty Ruth Miller
Betty Ruth Miller was born on January 16th, 1935 in Mandarin, Florida to the late Gracie Thomas Howard and Marie Moseley. She attended the Duval County Public Schools. Betty later met and married Leroy Miller and joined Gateway Pentecostal Mission UHC, under the leadership of Pastor Elder, Clifford Vickers and Assistant Pastor, Elder Louise Vickers. She became a devoted mother to the church where she loved to praise the Lord in song and dance until the Lord called her home.

While working as a volunteer for the City of Jacksonville’s Independent Living RESPITE Program for almost 20 years, Betty, as a senior herself loved meeting her elderly clients and making them laugh until her health recently prohibited her to continue.
