Obituary for Carolyn Andrews

Carolyn Bray-Andrews was born on October 18, 1951 to the late James ad Lillian Bray in Eastman, Georgia. She attended the Public Schools in Jacksonville, Florida. In the summer of 1968 Carolyn married the love of her life, Norman Andrews, Sr. and to this union three children were born.

Our angel Carolyn received her wings on December 11, 2017. She obeyed and took the Lord’s hand and went peacefully on her journey into eternity. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Andrews, Sr.; father, James Bray, Sr.; mother, Lillian Bray; brothers, Ricky Bray and James Bray, Jr.; brother-in-law, Charlie Battle; nephew, Anthony Jones; and grandson, Carlos Andrews. Carolyn was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her loving memories: three sons, NaKeith Andrews (Monique), Norman Andrews Jr. (Wanda) and Joel Andrews (Sharisse); goddaughter, Judy Williams Gibson; two sisters, Janice Battle (Willie Heard) and Sharon Bray; one brother, Robert Bray (Gail) and a host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, among them Renon Andrews; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, among them Scotty Hendley (Sabrina).
