Donald Jon Lee, Sr., was born on May 5, 1956 to the late, Walter and Pearl Elizabeth Lee in Jacksonville, Florida. He was enlisted in the United States Army and served eighteen in a half years. Donald met and married Karen L. Daniels and he was a dedicated man to his wife and family. He departed this life on Wednesday, February 18, 2015.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Pearl Elizabeth Lee; sister, Myra Lee; grandmother, Pearlie Olmstead.

Donald leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Karen Lee; son, Donald Lee; stepson, Freddie Daniels; and family members, Paul Wright, Charmaine Wright, Richard Olmstead, and Alma Murphy. Donald had a small but loving family, and friends who cared for him unconditionally. May God bless and keep us all.


The funeral service for Donald Jon Lee will be held 10:30am Friday at the Jacksonville National Cemetery 4083 Lannie Road. The visitation will be 6 - 7PM, Thursday(TODAY) at the mortuary.
