Emma Lou Walker-Wiggins was born December 29, 1949 to Julius and Emma Jackson in Macclenny, Florida. She confessed Christ at an early age. Emma attended Keller High School in Tallahassee, Florida. She later married Marvin Wiggins in Georgia on June 6, 2006, they had one son, Joshua . Emma departed this life on Saturday, December 15, 2018.

Emma leaves to treasure loving memories her husband, Marvin Wiggins; son, Joshua Davis; sisters, Johnnie Mae Surrency and Brenda Jackson; brothers, Marcus Jackson and Robert L. Jackson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
