Emmanuel C Ikegwruruka passed away May 21, 2011 as a result of a long battle with sickle cell anemia; his mother was by his side when he parted from this earth. Manuel was born Dec 26th 1991 in Oklahoma City to the union of Ethelbert and Darlene Ikewruruka, Emmanuel attended Sara mesa High School in Sandi
ego Calif, due to his illness he was unable to work. He was very dedicated to his family, especially his niece Aniyah, he met no stranger because of his outgoing personality.

Emmanuel obeyed the gospel in 2004 where he attended Northside Church of Christ Jacksonville Fl.

He survived by , his father and mother Ethelbert Ikewruruka, Darlene Robinson, his step father, Sherman Robinson,10 sister & Brothers, Cistina Ikegwruruka Durham N C, Bobby & Brianna Smith, Columbia SC, Davonta Robinson, Cannon Mississippi, -- Sonia Ikegwuruka , Shawn Ikegwuruka , Enyinnaya Ikegwruruka ,
Ugochiyere Ikegwuruka , shawnis Ikegwruruka , all from Lagos Nigeria. Grandfather Lamar Slaughter Sr, who preceded him in death, Grandmother Annie Slaughter, Grandfather &Grandmother, man HRH Eze Fidelis Ikegwuruka, Ugo Eze Juliana Ikeguruka who also preceded him in death, a host of Uncle and aunts, cousin and friends.
