Obituary for EUNICE Orene BUTLER
Eunice Orene Butler was born on July 28, 1949 to Stepheny and Rosa Durham Jr. She attended the local schools of Duval County, graduating from Stanton High School. Eunice worked for the Jacksonville Sherriff Office as a School Crossing Guard for many years.
Our Angel transcended home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 19, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Butler, Jr.; father, Stepheny Durham, Jr.; mother, Rosa Durham; sister, Sandra Powell; brothers, Stepheny Durham II and Kenneth Durham.
Eunice leaves behind a daughter, Vikki Wilson; sons, Douglas Johnson, Michael Butler (Shantez), Leroy Butler, and Darion Butler (Christina); close friend, Tasha White and Robert White; niece/daughter, Tasha Thomas; brother, Charles Durham (Diane); sisters, Rosemary Wells (Jerry), Martha Schuman, and Karen Durham; nineteen grandchildren; Fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for EUNICE Orene BUTLER will be held 1:00 PM SATURDAY, at the New Life Evangelistic Center 8040 Lone Star Road. The visitation will be 5 - 7:00 pm, Friday at the mortuary.
