Mr. Foster Gordon, Jr. was born in Folkston, Georgia to the late Foster Gordon, Sr. and Flossie Gordon on October 20, 1928. He attended the local schools in Camden County. Foster confessed Christ at an early age and was a member of the Church of Christ. Foster was a Longshoreman and he was married to the late Jannie Gordon.

Foster departed this life on Friday, October 23, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Foster and Flossie Gordon, Sr.; wife, Jannie Gordon; one brother, and two sisters.

Foster leaves to cherish his memories James Gordon (Linda), Lillie Mae Alexander (Willie Lee), Florrie Lee, Helen Crawford, John Tillman (Mildred), Benjamin Tillman (Mary), and many other relatives.

The funeral service for Foster Gordon Jr. will be held 11:00 am THURSDAY, at the Samuel C. Rogers Jr. Memorial Chapel 4315 N. Main St . The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
