Harold was born on November 16, 1951 in Thomasville, Georgia to Jimmie Lee Clark Sr. and Ruth Tillman Clark. He attended the local schools in Duval County, graduating from Stanton High School in 1970.

Harold departed this life on Saturday, March 24, 2018 after complications from a heart by-pass surgery. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Lee Clark Sr.; mother, Ruth Tillman Clark; brothers, Andrew Clark and Robert Clark; uncles, Willie Roy Clark, Abe Clark, Lamar Shy Clark and Lonnie Carey Tillman.

Harold leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Cassandra Faye Clark; sons, Harold Randall Clark II., Joshua Alexander Clark and Daniel Terrell Clark; grandchildren, Patrick Clark, Trevon Clark, Lailani Clark, and Aaliyah Clark; brothers, Charles Edward Clark (Geneva) and Jimmie Lee Clark Jr.; sister, Jean Gnat (Isaac); uncles, Rance Clark and Melvin Tillman; he also leaves behind a host of loving cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, friends, and associates! Harold will be GREATLY missed!

The graveside service for Harold Randall Clark will be held 12:30 pm Friday, April 6th, 2018 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery 4083 Lannie Road JACKSONVILLE, FL 32218. The visitation will be 5:00 pm 7:00 pm , Thursday, April 5th, 2018 at the Funerals By T. S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
