Hilry Herbert Franklin expired on Friday, April 25, 2014 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Riverside at the age of 99. Hilry is survived by his daughter,Rosalyn Franklin; godson, Nathree Turner, Jr, granddaughter, Terrilyn Dorsey; grandsons, Terry Dorsey, Jr. and Torrence Dorsey; nephew, Robert M. Grimes, goddaughter, Mildred Littles; and devoted cousin, Herbert James Allen. The funeral service will be held 11 AM, SATURDAY at the Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, 2503 N. Myrtle Ave. Pastor David Lattimore, Jr., officiating The viewing will be held 5-7 PM, Friday at the mortuary. Interment in Restlawn Memorial Park.
