Mr. Jessie Lewis Pollard was born on August 19, 1939 to Flora Spencer Pollard and RC Pollard in Dawson, Georgia.
Jessie departed this life on Sunday, April 10, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Flora and RC Pollard; sister, Catherine Hightower.
Jessie leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife, Paulette Pollard; sons, Jessie Pollard (Tamika), Shannon Pollard; daughters, Doris, Sabrina (Kenny), Andrea, and Frangell; grandchildren, Lavonne, Jessie, Darien, Darius, Jevante, Jamani, Jordan, Jaden, Imonie, Navaeh, and Lil Shannon; great-grandchild, Laniah; sisters, Floree Pollard Rackley, Christine Pollard, Eula Belle Pollard, Rubye Dean Williams (Robert), Annie Pearl Green (Ronnie), and Mary Sue Pollard; brothers, Willie C. Pollard and Robert Pollard; sister-in-law, Joyce Cheathem; brother-in-laws, Paul Ruffin (Evelyn), Desi Johnson (Sheila); aunts, Arletha Carter and Sadie Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
