Levi Marcus Smith was born on March 23, 1960 with a twin sister to Warren Marcus Smith and Mable Johnson Smith in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended Forest Park Elementary, Ramona Elementary, and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School.
Levi made his life profession as an independent Truck Driver/Owner of K. L. Breeden & Sons Trucking.
Levi departed this life on Sunday, December 25, 2016. He was preceded in death by nephew, Edward Warren Culyer
Levi was a loving father and leaves two sons to cherish his memories, Johnathan Smith and Isaiah Smith; a twin sister, Laverne Smith Cuyler (Edward); siblings, Warren Marcus Smith, Jr., Linda Lee (Harold), Martin Williams, Larry Williams, Alvin Williams, and Jaynell Smith Cameron (Vincent); uncles, Fred Maddox (Jacksonville, FL) and John Smith (Chicago, IL); aunts, Ada Williams and Francis Maddox; nieces, Tracy Hunter, Darlene McCoy, Tiffany Barney, Laverne Alzora Cuyler, Danielle Wilson (Shawn), Ameenah Williams, Shawana Williams, Brandi Williams, Morgan Cameron, and Monet Cameron; nephews, Lamar Cuyler, Jernell Cuyler, Alvin Williams, Jr., Major Stephenson, and Miles V.
