Margaret LaVonne  Boston
Margaret LaVonne Young (Boston), the daughter of Willie Anthony Young (deceased) and Trudie Young was born in Jacksonville, Florida. God sent his angel, and took Margaret to her eternal rest on Monday, March 2, 2015. She was a devoted member while attending the Philippian Community Church, in which she served the lord. Margaret accepted the Lord and served the Lord passionately. Margaret did not mind sharing her love of Christ. She shared her time, talent and treasure with the Lord, Almighty God.

Margaret Young Boston, graduated from Jean Ribault Senior High School, as an honor student and a member of the Trojans Marching Band. Margaret received her Nursing Degree from Concord College of Nursing. She worked in the transportation system for years with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) and city of Atlanta (Marta) as well as the Duval County School System Bus Transportation. Margaret worked and served respectfully to her coworkers and her community. Margaret was a very hard working and dedicated individual who loved her family, friends and jobs.

Margaret, will be missed by her husband, Milton Boston; daughter, Laquandra Jennings; son, Johnathan Boston; mother, Trudie Young; siblings, Debra Townsend-Reed (Von), Merrell Young (Stacey), Loretta Young, Dannette Young-Stone (Curtis), Susan Philpot (Calvin), Willie Young (Renee), Ann Young-Sanders (Sidney), Gig Young, Kenneth Murray, Willie Murray, Irene Miller, and Juliann Young; grandchildren, Khameyea Jennings, Mikhaela Jennings, Destiny Boston and Breon Boston; brother–in-laws, Gregory Boston and LeRoyal Chieves; sister-in-laws, Priscilla Boston, and Monica Boston; aunts, uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, church members and dear friends (Lynette Kirksey).

She touched the lives of many people with her charming personality and genuine straight-talk advice, and maintained her trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. She was a devout believer in the power and love of God.

The funeral service for Margaret LaVonne Boston will be held 11AM, Saturday at the Philippian Community Church 7578 New Kings Road. The visitation will be 5 - 7PM, Friday at the mortuary.
