Paula Lavette Stewart-Rowe was born October 3, 1968 in Jacksonville Florida to Cynthia Y. Thomas (preceded in death) and Paul L. Stewart. Paula was a graduate of Jean Ribault Sr. High School class of 1987. Paula was employed with over 20 years of service with Wendy’s Hamburgers until her health failed.

Paula leaves to cherish her memory, her five children, Nathaniel Green Downer, Nattisha Green Downer, Keith Rowe, Earnisha Dickerson, and Garrick Pender. 3 grandchildren, Det’oria, Ron’terria and Ron’niya. 2 sisters, Pamela Stewart-Potts and Sherry Cotton, 2 brothers, Paul Cross and Paul Stewart, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including her best friend Andrea Grant.
The funeral service for Paula L Stewart-Rowe will be held 11AM, Tuesday at the House Of Faith Cogic 2934 Lowell Avenue. The visitation will be one hour before the service. Interment is private.
