Obituary for Qianna Nicole Johnson
Qianna Nicole Johnson was born on March 15, 1980 in Jacksonville, Florida to Carol Williams and Glemon Latimer. She graduated from Ed White High School, Class of 1998. Qianna then went on to obtained her Microbiology Degree from Florida State College Jacksonville in 2006.
Qianna held an active Real Estate License and she was employed by Baptist Hospital for 13 years in their laboratory department. In addition, she worked at Orange Park Medical Center for a short while.
On April 13, 2009, Qianna was diagnosed with cancer. She continued to walk upright and never complained. After living with cancer for 3 years, on December 21, 2012 God blessed two hands in marriage, Larry Johnson Jr. and Qianna. Oh what a wonderful union. Although Qianna was in and out of the hospital, and the cancer continued she still managed to travel. During the course of their marriage Qianna’s courage and strength led them to travel to Atlanta, many times to Orlando, Savannah, Las Vegas and Puerto Rico. Before God called her home, she was hoping to one day go skiing with Larry in Denver Colorado.
Qianna leaves to cherish loving memories: her husband, Larry Johnson Jr.; a son, Larry Johnson III; mother, Carol Williams; father, Glemon Latimer; brother, Reginald Wilson (Lakisha); sister, Michelle Wilson; goddaughter, Sha’niyha Thornton; mother-in-law, Donna Williams; father-in-law, Larry Johnson Sr.; sister-in-laws, LaSandra Jones (Kerry) and Crystal Beals; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a loving best friend, Karim Walker.
