A Time To Be Born: Rosemary Crittenden was born on November 7, 1950 in Brunswick, Georgia to Theodore R. Crittenden, Jr. and Maude Lee Smith.

A Time To Build Up: Rosemary was educated in the Duval County public school system and graduated from New Stanton Senior High School C/O 1968. She attended Florida State College of Jacksonville (Formally Florida Community College of Jacksonville) where she received an Associate's Degree in Business Administration in 1982. She started her professional career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. She always possessed a strong interest and natural ability in sales and loved people. She used her talents and flair for decorating to sell Home Interiors and in-home Vacuum Cleaner Sales. Her entrepreneurial spirit continued to grow and she enrolled in the Watson School of Real Estate. She became a Licensed Real Estate Agent for the State of Florida in 1984. She began her career at Watson Realty Corp. in May 1984. For the next 32 years, she used her charming personality, intellect and natural "Gift of Gab," to list and sell homes as a "Multi-Million Dollar Producer," for Watson Realty Corp and ERA Dan Jones Realty. She never met a stranger and if you knew her, you loved being around her.

A Time To Sew: Rosemary accepted Christ at an early age and joined Moncrief Missionary Baptist Church. She served faithfully and formed the Young Adult Choir where she cultivated many lifelong friendships. In 1994, she became a member of Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church were she also served faithfully on the Usher Board and District #9.

A Time to Love: Rosemary was united in Holy Matrimony to Ronald Brown, Jr. In 1970, in Jacksonville, Florida. To this union, one child was born. Rosemary later married Harvey Williamson, Jr. in 1988, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

A Time To Dance: Rosemary was very adventurous and through the years enjoyed many hobbies including modeling, photography, sewing, cooking, solving puzzles, traveling; especially cruising around the world. She often spoke fondly of the time she lived in Honolulu, Hawaii. She also loved music, dancing, the Jacksonville Jaguars football team, and riding motorcycles.

A Time To Mourn: Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore R. Crittenden, Jr. and Maude Moss-Crittenden; sister, Maudell Moss Grant; brother, Napoleon Moss; brothers-in-law, Lincoln Odum and Aaron Sellers; uncles, J.B., Willie Lee, Henry, Argene H., Dark Smith, and James D. Crittenden; aunts; Ruby Harkness, Anniebell Faulks, Mozell Warren, Lola Mae, and Irene Powell.

A Time of Peace: On Thursday, February 11th, God picked our beautiful "Rose" from his garden to enter into eternal rest after a brief illness at Baptist Medical Center.

Rosemary leaves to carry on her legacy: her loving son, Ronald "Magic" Brown (Jacksonville, FL); sister, Reatha Odum (Atlanta, GA); brothers, Larry Crittenden (Jacksonville, FL), and James Crittenden (Deleana), (Moss Point, MS); brother-in-law, Roger Grant, Sr. (Bowling Green, OH); aunts, Annette McClendon (Rahway, NJ); Rudell W. Joynes (Norfolk, VA), Vivian Clayburn (Augusta, GA), Dorothy Day (William), and Vera Ann Moss (Atlanta, GA); uncles, Offie Warren (Boston, MA), and James Powell (Augusta, GA); and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers. Rosemary was an inspiration, confidant, friend, and prayer warrior to many. Her youthful spirit, love, and shining light will forever be in our hearts.

The funeral service for Rosemary C. Williamson will be held 12PM, Friday, February 19th, 2016 at the Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church 1118 West Beaver Street. The visitation will be 5 - 8PM, Thursday at the mortuary. Interment in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
