Obituary for Warren J. "Mack" McKenzie Sr.
Warren Jefferson McKenzie Sr. (89), entered into rest on Saturday, March 2 2013, in Jacksonville, Florida, with his family present. Warren is a native of Tallahassee Florida but spent his adult years in Jacksonville Florida and was married to the late Violet McKenzie. Warren Sr. retired from the Hyde Parke Country Club and worked thirty years for San Jose Country Club. This caring father and friend will forever be treasured by his 8 children, Willa Jean, Lucille, Cherrie, Gwendolyn (John), Adele, Warren Jr. (Marie), Ezell (deceased), and Billy (Shalyndell), 20 grandchildren including Christine Robinson, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and sorrowing relatives and friends. The Jacksonville Service for Warren Sr. will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m Graveside at Edgewood Cemetery. The visitation will be 5 - 7PM Friday at the mortuary .
