Brother Warren Rowe was born on March 30, 1941 in Archer, Florida to Ollie and Katie Rowe. He received his education in the Public School System of Archer, Florida. Warren was employed by Kelly Lincoln and Mercury for many years. He retired from Coggin Pontiac GMAC. Mr. Rowe was a member of St. Thomas Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Ernie L. Murray, Sr., and he was a member of district #15, with Deacon Garry Washington, Sr., being his leader.

Brother Warren departed this life for eternal peace on Monday, November 3, 2014. He was preceded in death by his brothers, A.C. Rowe, Elmo, Nathaniel, and Frank; sisters, Katie Williams, Dorothy Judy Burns, Lucille Doll, Nattie L., and Missionary Burnice Gaskins.

He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife, Bertha Rowe; daughter, Felicia Rowe Cox (Mel); brothers, Curtis Rowe (Inez) of Gainesville, Florida and Fred Rowe (Tracy) of Springhill, Florida; sisters, Edna Brown of Gainesville, Florida and Lillie Bell Rowe of St. Petersburg, Florida; godchildren, Ron Lott (Raquel), Khahala Stamper (Ray), Sakenia Broadnax (Dennis); and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
