He is survived by devoted daughters, Lora Hill Leggett and Shannon Britt; sister, Barbara (Rudolph) Hopkins; brother, Frank Simmons; devoted friend, Brenda Dawson; aunt Roberta Howard and number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends . The memorial service will be held 11AM, Monday, at the Samuel C. Rogers, Jr. Memorial Chapel, 810 W. 44th St.
