Condolence: Worked with Bill at Hilliard for many years. He was a good man and a good worker. Bill had a wonderful sense of humor, and I always felt that he was a very pleasant person to work with. Our condolences to his family. He was a good family man, and I know that he will be missed.

Condolence: I somehow missed the obituary and funeral arrangements for Bill but was advised by e-mail today. I worked with Bill at FAA for many years and he was a true friend. I am sorry I missed paying my final respects to a just and upright man who was a friend to all he came in contact with. My condolences and prayers to the family, he will be missed.
