Message: Dad, While I am deeply saddened by your passing, I do find comfort in knowing that God, in his own magnificent way, did allow us the time we needed to reconnect and to heal our relationship. A relationship which had been broken for so many years. What I think we both learned, over the past year or so is that, it truly doesn't matter who was right, or who was wrong, who did this, or who didn't do that. What truly matters is that despite it all, we were able to put our past behind us, learn to have a mutual respect for one another as men and learn to finally share the love we had for one another as Father and Son. God is so awesome that he allowed that to happen for both of us. I love where our story left off Dad....... P.S.-Please say hello to my momma for me up there (smile)....
