My heart and prayers go out to Gerald's family. Death itself is hard enough but to lose someone so young is truly heartbreaking. Though words cannot diminish the pain you're feeling at this time, please know that God is aware of the grief that death causes and he knows how deep your pain is. For such difficult times as this, he has provided comfort for you in his written Word, where he holds out to you the wonderful hope of being reunited with Gerald to a world free of suffering.... sickness and death will be gone forever.
