My heartfelt condolence to all of Al's family. As his immediate Supervisor the past 2 years at the NYS OCFS office in Syracuse, I have many wonderful memories of his warmth, humor and inquisitive nature as he learned about life in Central NY. We even joked about the "Floyd effect" that produced the warmest winter here in years. He is already missed greatly. How lucky we were to have known him even a short time.
