Fran was my welcoming committee of one when I first moved to Jacksonville for work.  I did not know anyone when I first came to Jacksonville  but a good friend told her that I had moved here and she took it from there.  

She called me and started planning outtings that instant. 

We went to numerous outdoor festivals; shows and she introduced me to American Beach ; which she so loved.    I have never met such an upbeat person;  always thinking of her friends.....The last time we visited a few day prior to her passing - we spoke of how we looked forward to hanging out in Jacksonville when I returned...... I will always remember you in my heart Fran for being such a light in my life and everyone you knew......rest my sister until we meet again.
