Condolence From: Willie McNeal
Condolence: I am very sorry for your loss, and may the following thoughts bring all of you the comfort you need to get through this moment of despair:
“From the hand of Sheol [the common grave] I shall redeem them; from death I shall recover them. Where are your stings, O Death? Where is your destructiveness, O Sheol?” (Hosea 13:14)
Hosea was here foretelling a future resurrection. This is a process of bringing dead ones back to life.
Our lord and redeemer, Jesus himself demonstrated this on more than one occasion. With these words at John 5:28, 29 Jesus affirmed that he would again perform this miracle: "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, . . . . "
When that call goes out to your dear one, won't that truly be a blessed day??? - See you there.
Please accept my deepest sympathy
