Condolence: We are sorry to hear of Mr. James' death. Please allow us to offer come comforting news from God's word. Acts 24:15 assures us that "there is going to be a resurrection of the dead." In the past, those who were resurrected were reunited with their family and friends here on earth. This will also happen in the future, but it will be better because those who are brought back to life on earth will have the opportunity to live forever and never die again. Revelation 21:4 promises that conditions on God's restored paradise will be like that of the Garden of Eden. (Genesis 2:15-17) God promises that people will no longer feel pain, grow old, and die. Because of Jesus' ransom sacrifice, all who exercise faith in God's only-begotten Son will have everlasting life. (John 3:16) This is certainly good news worth sharing!

I am SO sorry to hear about the loss of Bro. Horne. He always had a smile for me, when he came to the church building and I was working there.

Condolence: I'm so very sorry for your loss. Your family have my sincere condolences. During this sad time meditate on Jehovah's promise from his word the Bible.

That promise is the hope of the resurrection. Psalm 37:29 states: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.” Think of what that means! Families and friends torn apart by death will meet once again here on earth by means of their resurrection.

You can look forward to enjoying good times and companionship once again with your dear loved one. Isn't that a wonderful hope. Jehovah's promise of EVERLASTING LIFE will come true. (John 17:3)
