It was an honor to have my Uncle John give me away at my Wedding. When I asked him he was so happy and thankful that I thought of him. He said "Wow, this is great! I never thought I would get an opportunity like this because I only have boys!" Little did he know, I always thought of him as a father figure and knew that no one else could fill the shoes of giving me away on that special day than my Uncle John. I love you so much and I am so thankful that God allowed you to be in my life because you made such a difference in it. You are going to be missed so much, but I am so thankful for the weekend that you, Carolyn, and I shared a few weeks ago because I was able to tell you everything I needed to say and to get more great memories with you. You will never be forgotten and your legacy will live on for many years to come. Thank you for taking the time out of your life to make an impact on mine!
