Justin Grant was one of my closest friends and teammates when we played for Eastern Arizona College. Me and J held down the backfield for the Gila Monsters with a 10-2 season, giving us the chance to play in Mexico for our bowl game. J was always someone who could make you laugh, and loved to play the game and did it well. The thing that hurts so much is on Nov. 8th of this year I visited the college for the first time after 7 years, and he was the first person I asked about. To receive the call that he was gone was like a dream. J Grant... You will be missed my brother, and my teammate, hold it down up there until we can meet again on Heaven's football field!
