Susie was born March 5, 1942 to the proud parents John and Inez Anderson in Jacksonville, FL). She received her early education in Jacksonville, Florida. Susie also received a degree from Massey Business School. Susie accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior very early in life where she was a member of First Baptist Church of Oakland, Jacksonville, Florida, Pastor Torin Daily, Pastor. She later married her only sweetheart, Ollie L Smith and they bore two children Ollie L Smith II, and Crystal Smith Curry. Susie worked for the City of Jacksonville’s Housing and Urban Development Unit for twenty-five. Susie was loved by many for her kind and loving spirit of giving. Susie leaves to cherish her memory; a devoted husband: Ollie L Smith, son: Ollie L Smith II (Brenda), daughter: Crystal Curry (Andre), sister: Vernell Johnson (Gus), brothers: John Anderson, Charlie Anderson(deceased), grandchildren: Marcus Rasberry (Shenae), Tia Smith, Tessica Skyler (Melvin), Christian Cuevas(Rickey), Candra Curry, Tanielle Smith, Collin and Kelsey Smith, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
