Peaceful Rest To A Good Friend....

I was very sorry to hear of Walter's passing. Walter was a very unique and very principaled person. He would give you the shirt off of his back, and was always a friend to the underdog. He was a fiercely loyal person, and if you were a friend of his, you knew that you truly had a friend. He and I met at a time in my life when I was very young and just figuring out my place in the world. He was a source of great comfort, laughter, wisdom, and Walter was one of the first people to see the musical talent in me... long before the world did. He used to say to me... "All it's gonna take is for somebody in a powerful position to hear you sing, and that will be it!" Well Walter, you were right. I had a very successful 11 year music career. You were / are someone whom I shall never forget. You gave so much love to so many people, I have no doubt that you are in that good good place of which we all want to go!
