Velvet was my friend since middle school. We rode the Sunday school bus to church every Sunday morning laughed, joked and had a great time together. As adults we reconnected and often had lunch,hung out and just enjoyed each other. Velvet had a wonderful spirit, a loving and kind nature and she will be greatly missed. God bless the memory of Velvet Griffin!
