I have known Velvet and all of her family since she was 8 yrs old. She was a special person. Always a friendly, kind and respectful person from childhood. I will truly miss running into her and getting those loving hugs. She would always say "hey cuz, how are you doing? So glad to see you." Sharing that beautiful smile. When she said it, you knew she was sincere.
